PML-N rejects Nawaz Sharif's 'conditional' permission to leave the country for treatment

PML-N rejects Nawaz Sharif's 'conditional' permission to leave the country for treatment and will go to Court to get the relief:
Pakistan's federal government has allowed former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to go abroad for treatment for four weeks, but the PML-N has rejected it.
Federal Minister Frogh Naseem announced to allow Nawaz Sharif to go out at a press conference in Islamabad. Frogh Naseem says that because the former prime minister is ill, the federal government has allowed him to go abroad for a one-time treatment.
A notification issued by the government on Wednesday said that Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif could leave the country in exchange for 'Indemnity Bond'.
The notification regarding the value of Indemnity Bond states that Nawaz Sharif or Mian Shahbaz Sharif will have to pay a bond of Pakistani currency of $ 25 million or equivalent, Pakistani money of £ 08 million or equivalent and Rs 1.5 billion.
Earlier, a sub-committee of the cabinet had reserved its decision on the recommendations which were presented to the cabinet on Wednesday.
However, after the announcement, Pakistan Muslim League-N spokesman Maryam Aurangzeb said during a press conference that the government's decision to subject Nawaz Sharif to the ECL was based on Imran Sahib's prejudicial behavior and political revenge. He said that at the time of bail, all constitutional and legal requirements have been fulfilled and the bail bonds have been submitted. It is an unwise government decision to name Muhammad Nawaz Sharif from the ECL. According to a PML-N spokesman, constitutional and legal requirements have already been met. There cannot be a government court above the court.
Maryam Aurangzeb said the government's decision to submit a security bond was not approved. "On the one hand, the government is acknowledging the seriousness of Nawaz Sharif's health and on the other hand he is obstructing the immediate treatment of his country abroad with utmost hypocrisy and misconduct."
Earlier in the press conference, the Federal Minister of Law referred to Clause 3 of the Exit Control List Ordinance 1981, saying that the government could decide as best as it could, giving the person the right to representation.
According to the Federal Minister of Law, “We did so as a federal government. Now it is up to Nawaz Sharif to do what he does. ”
He said that the government had asked Nawaz Sharif not a bail bond but an 'Indemnity Bond' and the federal government had the authority to do so because 'something which is not allowed in the law is allowed.'
Special Adviser to the Prime Minister Shahzad Akbar said that the government did not remove his name from the ECL because the name of a convicted criminal cannot be removed, but it is a conditional permission to leave the country once.
According to him, this is not a normal case but mega corruption cases and Nawaz Sharif was under investigation. "It's very important that they come back healthy."
Shahzad Akbar further said that we expect this decision not to be taken politically.
